Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

I have a warrent our due to failing to pay probation and I can't finish paying it till taxes but I need to renew my tag for my car. Can I still renew my tag with a warrent without getting arrested?

People almost never get a warrant SOLELY for failure to pay. I'm guessing you also didn't report.

Get a good lawyer and turn yourself in. He might be able to work something out far better than your badly thought out plan, which certainly would make it more likely a judge would revoke probation.
