possible welfare fraud

When applying for food stamps a couple of months ago, I failed to reveal banking accounts when applying for food stamps. At the time my banking accounts had less than $200 available. Is this considered fraud. If so, how mucjh time I looking to spend in jail?

i think you may be okay as this amount would not have mateirally altered outcome of their decision.....however, you may want to seek counsel to guide you thru this as there could be some ramifications for you..
