Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
My wife denied a search during a traffic stop . We were told to sit and wait for a dog .2 hrs later it came they had to make it get in car . They then searched and found a pipe she plead guilty . Parafinalia . Obstr. No tag . Not change licence . I plead guilty to obstr. I got time service 1 week. She got 50 days aND 1 yr prob. Does Rodriguez vs United States apply here ? Do. I need to ask for appeal for us ?
