Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

I will try to explain better this time MY girlriend as a public defender who was given the right to talk to me about the case. the case was drop about a year ago the brought up again Yes she did miss her court date.an is in jail That is no right for public defender to ingoner her and not even try to get a court date. and be rude to her and want her to plea on somthhing she did not do. judge release her on her own bond . i have never been in trouble with the law an dont know how things r suppouse to work.B i dont think they r suppouse to tell i will file when i feel like it .arent they working for her still even though state payed. AN YES VERY BAD PUBLIC DEFENDER . She is not doing anything.I could explain better on phone there is a lot more to this<> when the case still shows close in judges office and on ojs web site .YES closed on judges computer an told me to have lawyer sumite peteion for release . LAWYER WONT DO ANYTHING NONTHING AT ALL

Hey buddy. The lawyer isn't required to, okay? The CASE IS CLOSED. Get that through your uneducated head.

Your girlfriend will be in jail for the remainder of her sentence. And you're right, you don't know how things are supposed to work, yet, here you are, acting as if you took on 150k worth of debt to attend a prestigious ABA accredited law school, and now you're an attorney. Imagine that.

Now, if you really feel your girlfriend requires representation. Get a job, retain a private attorney for a 1 hour consultation and you can explain to that attorney the situation.

Do me a favor however, please do not call me. I'm not interested.
