will I be able to get a job
I am now finish with my probation and now is under first offenders act can a regular place like walmart see this conviction when they pull an consumer report with my background check. I know that the state or goverment can still see the conviction

If you are done with your first offender probation, then you should not have a conviction on your record. If you are still on probation, however, it will still show up on your record.
