Will my 14 yr. Old daughter charged with child molestation be tried as an adult in Georgia and what could she be sent ed to?

Depends on the state prosecutor. A 14 year old can be tried as an adult, but rarely is a 14 year old female tried as an adult. IF she is treated as a juvenile, she faces a maximum five years in a state juvenile facility. If tried as an adult, she faces 20 years in prison. Good luck
