White collar crime isn't punished in this third world country. You'll be fine.
If you're really curious, go pay a lawyer $100 and sit down and speak with him/her and they will inform you what the statute of limitations is and other things you should and should not do.
Good luck!

There is no statute called white collar crime. White collar crime is a category of criminal charges that involve fraud and paper crimes. So,no one can tell you about statute of limitations of a category of offenses. The best thing to do is sit down with an attorney for a consult.
