Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I work in a doctor's office where we do drug tests. I went to look through a box where we keep drug tests to be sent out and I found a digital tape recorder recording. Before I looked in the room where the box is a colleague was recieving training on drug testing. I asked the lady who was training him if she hid the recorder in the box and she said no. We later found out that the doctor hid the recorder in the box (someone witnessed her put it in there). The trainer as well as myself did not give consent to this. I was wondering what my legal rights are.

Homeowners and business owners frequently have cameras and microphones installed, and monitors their phones and computers That is not unusual or illegal. People generally have an expectation of privacy in places like bathrooms or dressing rooms. You provide little information about what was recorded or where.
