Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I worked for a concrete company. I was writen an over weight ticket that the company forgot to pay. So no one showed up in court. When I found out that my license had been suspended I informed the company and they told me that they would have it taken care of. They payed the ticket my license was reinstated. Now I have been layed off and found out that I cannot get another driving job beacuse of the SUSPENSION on my MVR, that they where supposed to take care of. What do I need to Do?

Tickets are generally give to individuals, so it was your responsibility to make sure it was handled.
