Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Well i was working on my friends car and he was helping me and he so called "lost some of my tools" when i asked him to find them he began to scream and hollar and call me names, well then he hit me in the face and damaged my $130.00 nike shox, So i told him to leave. Well now he keeps coming over talking to my dad and sister and i dont like being around him and im not going to leave my own house for him. What can i do?

When someone hits you in the face and damages your property you immediately call 911, take out an arrest warrant and prosecute the person.
