Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
I am writting to find out how to have a felony removed from my record. I was charged with commiting a lewd act on a minor and have served my time 15 years.

Did you use the First Offender? If so, you may petition for an expungement to try and lift this charge from your record. It is a little costly to do but well worth it if it works out in your favor.
