Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Wrongful Conviction
My husband took a plea after he had been harrassed by the ''victims'' of the case for over a year. In that year we had the evidence proving that he was innocent and she was a liar. I have tried to get someone to look at our evidence, which also shows crimes she has commited, but no one will look. What should I do?
