Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
Last year I had my mother arrested for simple battery, I regret this deeply, because I was abusing benzodiazepines and don't remember any of it. I filled out and signed a written statement of which I honestly have no recollection, and now the police have served me a subpoena. How should I go about getting the charges dismissed. Also I live in Georgia. Thanks
