Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia
a young man went with his friend didnt want to go and endeds up robbinga store.his friend pulls out a knife .and not knowing tat another guy that was working at the store was in on it as well. still works there. but the two young men were caught and charged with armed robbery. my question is can the young man who went with his friend make a deal with the prosucution. for a lesser charge
