Legal Question in Criminal Law in Georgia

My younger brother was recently charged with theft by deception for taking $10 worth of ice cream from his job, and was notified of a warrant for his arrest. what could be some possible outcomes for this situation. This took place in dekalb county Atlanta Georgia . This is his first offense

Warrant will be served and he will be arrested and charged with theft

He needs to hire counsel IMMEDIATELY so he arrange for bond, can go with counsel to Jail, can turn himself in and can complete process quickly without having to say anything except give his name to Jailers.

Then, when charges formalized, can proceed with defense.

IMPORTANT: HE MUST NOT TALK WITH ANYONE EXCEPT HIS ATTORNEY FROM NOW ON!!!!
