Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Georgia

I've been with a company for 7 years and haven't recieved a raise regardless of the number of good things my customers have to say about me and even have them in emails. After being told no one was getting raises I later found out from a member of management that my raise was taken away and my supervisor( which is married to the big boss) was given a even bigger raise in place of me not getting one. this member of management questioned the big boss about it and his reasoning was because I was hired on making more money than her and that I didn't need it. Take into consideration when I was hired I have years of experience in this field while his wife had none. what can I do and is it worth doing?

You can quit and find a new employer if you are unhappy.

No one has a legal right to a raise.
