Fired for Having a my space account

This question is really not for me but a friend of mine and I want to know if she can do anything about it. She worked as a pre K teacher at a church they found out that she had a myspace.com account. She was suspended until they had a hearing she refused to get rid of it, so they fired her because they said myspace was too sinful and she couldn't have an account. The Board of Labor said they couldn't do anything because it was church realted, can she do anything?

Legal questions are not resolved by using a friend's version, but a church certainly has wide discretion in hiring employees who follow their beliefs.
