Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Georgia

I have a friend. She is 17 and we live in Ga. She wants to move out of her parents house as soon as she can so we need answers fast. State law in Ga say you can leave at 17 right? But the thing is she is on probation for running away a few years ago (She had her reasons) But this leads me to believe she can still leave but she can't leave the state right?

This is in the wrong category, but your "friend" can move out and do as she wishes when she is 18. Of course, no one here knows of her background and probation so she might just get in more trouble because of that.
