Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Georgia

I was at a humane society and the desk clerk/employee was telling me where she is from, how her husband is a marine and that she hates their current duty station. She also informed me she dislikes black people and thinks, in her words, "Them niggers need to stay together" and how they look at her and she dont like them. I was completly offended having a bi-racial daughter. Can I take legal action and if so what?

No. Nothing you mentioned violates any criminal or civil law. There is no law against people being ignorant bigots.
