Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Georgia

I have systemic lupus and one day after a test I passed out. My professor called the ambulance and the EMTs were extremely rude to me. I have witnesses that said while I was unconscious, they were making rude comments and insinuating that I passed out b/c I didn't want to take the test. They were talking about me, taking their time rolling me to the ambulance & making jokes. When I came to in the ambulance one of the guys was even nastier, cursing at me, trying to make me take my insurance cards out when I was too weak to & snatching the cards from me in the hospital. He only became nice after I decided to look at his name tag (to remember his name to inform their supervisor) I want to know where would I stand legally in this situation or would this be grounds for a lawsuit. Thanks in advance.

There is no general legal entitlement to not be offended, be subjected to rudeness, or even the conduct you mention. Otherwise, courts would be full. Trying to grab something from you could theoretically be an assault or battery, but it is safe to say that grabbing an insurance card would likely be an extremely weak case and a big stretch at best.
