Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Georgia

i need to know what to do about being verbally harassed by a coworker. i have gone to management and the problem has gotten worse. i want to know what legal options do i have against this individual. i have started kepping a log of anything that is said and when it happens.

No one here knows what you mean by "verbal harassment" and you chose not to tell us any details at all. Therefore, you won't get a meaningful answer about "legal options" (other than searching for other employment).
