2nd dui
i had a court date in Georgia to appeared with my lawyer. but my mother was ill and i moved to Texas this was about 2 years ago. I still live in Texas and need to get a state id ot driver's license, Can I have the case transfer to Texas?

No. You need to contact a Georgia lawyer to represent you and resolve the outstanding charge and resulting warrant. If you are placed on probation, you can request courtesy supervision in Texas.
