I was arrested for dui 2 days ago. I have a cdl license with tanker endorsement. The officer checked the non cdl box and drew a line through the endorsement line. He did not ask me to sign the ticket either. How if at all will this effect my court date?

It will have no effect on the validity of the arrest. You only have 10 days to appeal the automatic suspension of your drivers license in most cases. Give my office a call to schedule a free consultation.
