auto accidents
i was in an accident on 9-28.another driver came up from behind and started bumping my car w/his. i never once hit him, i just kept on going. the last time he hit me from behind it spun me around and he hit my driver side door. he admits that it is his fault, but the insurane company says that they aren't going to psy for it because it was an intentional act. yea, it was his fault and he even admits that it is, so why won't they pay? what should i do?

Re: auto accidents
There is a good chance that intentional acts are not covered by the other driver's insurance policy.
