Legal Question in DUI Law in Georgia

Hi my boyfriend got a DUI 15years ago and he never went to court for the charge.He moved to a different state. He hasn't had a liscense since. He now wants to drive so needs to clear this up. What can he expect if he turns himself in? Would a laywer be able to reduse the charges?

Your boyfriend needs a lawyer. Assuming there is a warrant, he might go to jail, might get fined, etc. This doesn't get better with time. Instead of guessing, he needs to get counsel.
