Legal Question in DUI Law in Georgia

I was charged with a DUI in 1992. On my disposition it has the defendants plea (me) not guilty, court adjudicated. Then it has a stamp saying dismissed into a greater offense. Can you tell me what this means?

See a lawyer and show him what it actually says as there is no such thing as dismissed into a greater offense.
