If I wasn't convicted of DUI, do I need to complete DUI school for drivers license reinstatement?

Since you failed to tell us how your license got suspended or when, no one here can possibly guess. Since you had a DUI, obviously you retained a lawyer, and the lawyer can tell you when, if and how you can get your license. Note that some suspensions such as ALS don't allow for reinstatement.
