Legal Question in DUI Law in Georgia

If my daughter is 25 and lives with me in a home I rent and she is on probation and she signs that they can search her residence at anytime can I tell them they can only search her room or can they search the whole house?

If you let her live there, you're going to deal with whole house searches. In other words, don't let her move in if that concerns you.
