You need to get off the computer and act very quickly. That means today (and not tomorrow or next week).
First of all your first deadline, an administrative suspension, is usually a mere 10 days after the arrest. So if you wait more than a few days after arrest to retain counsel, you have already likely gotten your license suspended.
Retain an experienced DUI attorney. He will determine if you have defenses. If you do, perhaps it will not land on your record. If you don't he will still help work out the best possible outcome based on your facts.
