I drank two beers in two hours. They were 20oz and I hadnt eaten. An hour later I went through a road block and got a DUI. The machine said I was .094. I told him I wanted a blood test Bc there is no way 2 beers in three hours would make me blow that. He tried talking out of it Bc he can't be gone that long, but then he took me. We waited for a little while then he got a call, took the cuffs off and let me go at the hospital. I was never booked or taken to jail. Can I get the DUI dropped? My cop friends say yes. Also the machine says I took the test at 1am but I have a reciept showing I was at a gas station 15 miles away at 12:45.

Can you personally get the DUI dropped? Probably not. You need to hire a DUI defense attorney, and the sooner, the better. I can't tell where in Georgia you were arrested, but a local attorney is best. If you're in the metro-Atlanta area, you can contact me at 770-338-2338.
You can let your friends advise you and probably lose your license, get convicted and pay a big fine (and maybe get jail time) or you can hire a DUI lawyer to properly advise you. You WILL get a license suspension unless your lawyer files ALS paperwork within 10 days of the arrest, so hurry. I recommend Bubba Head or George Stein as excellent DUI lawyers. Consider them.
