I am moving to Ga and just got a Dui in md. I have 45 day temporary license, i will return to md for the court date. will i be able to get a license in ga if my license in md is just a temporary one?

You will have to contact a Georgia attorney to answer your specific question. You should file the required paperwork to request a MVA hearing regarding the suspension. The final outcome of the criminal court portion of the DUI may also have an effect on your ability to get a Georgia license. That being said, you should contact a Maryland attorney for representation.
