I was drugged with date rape drug and sexually assaulted. As I fled from the crime, I was pulled over and arrested for DUI because I was "confused" and "combative". I was refused medical treatment and woke up handcuffed and left naked in a cell by myself with 3 male officers watching me. After being released after 13 hours I was finally able to seek medical treatment. I was badly beaten and DNA was found. As of right now, the police do not believe me and as seeking the full punishment against me. I had to go to court 5 times to finally get the intent to suspend for refusing breathalyzer thrown out. The police have even gone as far as to make public statements to various members of the community about my case and their opinion about me lying to "get out of a DUI" I am currently awaiting trial. Is there anything anyone can tell me that will help me?

I assume you got a lawyer as soon as you were charged. The lawyer is whom you should be talking to, and you should not have made any court appearances or police statements without one.
