Dui
If I was not contacted about a court date or had the right to consult with an attorney before being conviced is this still able to be fought or should I just pay? This incident occured over four years ago on a military base.

Were you convicted without going to court? You have a constitutional right to present a defense to any charges brought against you. Military court has a couple of variances in the rules, but this is a pretty major rule that can't be violated. It may be worth the fight.
