My family went to Georgia on vacation. My husband ended up in jail for DUI. We live in MI. 15 hrs away. Will he loose his CDL in MI?

The State of Georgia will likely report the suspension to your home state. How long ago was the vacation? Does he have a court date, and did he send the ten day letter? You can call my office to discuss the case in greater detail.

I know nothing about your husband's driving record, but you must get a Georgia lawyer to make the best of your husband's case. Take care of the present problem now. Worry about Michigan after.
