what happens if you get pulled over and gets DUI and has pain med. on you what will probly happen if you are 18?

If you had a prescription for the pain medication and it was in the original container, you will probably only be charged with a DUI (either less safe-if you passed the breathalyzer or did not take it, or per se-if you took the breathlyzer and it registered over a .02, the legal limit for people under 21). If you don't have a prescription, you can be charged with felony drug possession.
