can I get a dui removed from my records? I live in ga and I am trying to get in a program for teachers? thanks

If you were convicted of the DUI, probably not. If you completed a diversion program, plead nolo contendre, or your case was stet, then the case may be different. I would recommend that you consult with a Georgia criminal defense attorney to discuss your options.

Hopefully you have not yet gone to court. In general you will not be able to remove conviction or plea. But you may avoid a conviction or plea, or lessen the consequences, by getting an experienced DUI lawyer before going to court.
