Dui in a state you do not live in
five years ago I was charged with a dui in GA and they took my linceanes at that time. I have been trying to get my linceanse since in my home state. I never lived in GA but my linceanse is being held by them. They state that I need to take a DUI course but we do not have that here in NY. How can I get help to clear up my Linceanse ?

You may want to hire an attorney in Georgia to help in getting your license reinstated. Did you complete community service hours? Your attorney would need to know what the judge's instructions were five years ago, and how well you have complied with those instructions. You can call a colleague of mine, Kendall Carter.
