A friend has a drinking problem. His children are frequently at my house with my children. If he comes to pick up HIS children, and I think he's been drinking, what is my liability if I let him take them?

I doubt any prosecutor would take it this far, but it could be deemed to be child endangerment. For peace of mind, just keep the kids until he is sober or other travel arrangements can be made.
