how long do u have on the implied concent if u miss the 10 day hearing period and what if the implied concent was not given to u it was put in your property bag and the jailors said u refused to sign

It appears that you missed the most important deadline in your case and that probably has already cost you your drivers license.,
You can still go to jail for up to a year and be fined $1000 plus costs. You need to immediately hire legal counsel before you further hurt your case.
