Ask your lawyer about the case, but that would be an incredibly stupid thing to do without your lawyer and the DA would not have such a meeting with you.

You could try, but it would be incredibly stupid. Either the DA would refuse to talk to you, or, if he did, you would screw up your case since his job is to convict you and he can use whatever you tell him against you.
