Can officers pick the lock on my home and enter and arrest a sleeping person. There was a warrant issued for this person's arrest. I was not at home at the time. The person violated their probation by failing a urine test.

If they had a warrant, and depending on his probation paperwork, quite possibly yes. You haven't posted enough information to give you an absolute yes or no answer.
