privat information
i was arrested for dui under drugs and possesion of marijuana under an ounce and on the way to the station the officer gave out information about my arrest over his personal cell phone to a friend of mine. is there any law saying he cannot disclose of private information to anyone?

It's not really private information that you got arrested. Once the police officer finishes his paperwork it will be public information. Notice how people get their mug shots put on the news saying what they got arrested for?
Now if he's giving out your social to your friend, then that's a whole other matter.
