puzzled
arrested in georgia for dui. driving privleges suspended in state of georgia at an administrative hearing. privleges not suspended in other states. court appearence still pending. my question is how does this affect my nj licence.

That question can best be answered by the NJ DMV. Georgia did not issue you your lic. thus they can not suspend it. They can only suspend your right to drive in GA. However, they will notify NJ DMV that you were suspended here. This may take several months for them to do as they are notoriously slow. Check with NJ DMV and ask what happens if you are administratively suspended in another state. You will get your answer.
