Just a wild guess here, but maybe because you post no facts at all? How can you expect an answer when you pose no question? I can't speak for all lawyers but earning a J.D. did not imbue me with ESP and the ability to read minds.

Moreover, you post under the drunk driving category. That means to me that you or someone close to you is or was charged with DUI (unless you posted under the wrong category). The person accused needs to see a criminal lawyer now. Posting on a public message board is not a substiute for hiring a lawyer, especially when facing criminal charges. And while I understand that many here come looking for free legal advice, if someone is charged with a crime and cannot afford an attorney, the court will appoint one free of charge if the accused qualifies.

If you have something other than a criminal law question, try actually posting the legal question with facts.
