I recently had a car wreck in which i believe i am at fault because i was d.u.i., driving on suspended license and failure to yeild to left hand turn. Although i recieved 3 tickets i was not arrested but instead taken to icu unit at hosiptal and released next day. So are they waiting to arrest me on my court date? Not the problem or question concerned. My concern is i was driving someone else's vechicle without their acknowlegement at the time. If this is my tird driving on supensed license, what will be my outcome of that (meaning jail time ect.) and i have not had a dui in 11 years, does that still count as to sentence since its been so long ago? What do you think i am looking at as far as jail, or what lenght of sentence. I must be resposible for my actions, but would like to know what i am looking at to prepare for..Thank you and your response is greatly appreciated.

Years of jail time? A guess here won't help. With the lifestyle you have chosen, you need a lawyer.

A Judge can look at the old DUI if he chooses.
You COULD receive three years in jail and over $3000 in fines and fees.
With such significant charges, you need a lawyer ASAP.
