Legal Question in DUI Law in Georgia

I was recently charged with my first DUI. The probate judge in my county was paralyzed from the neck down by a drunk driver. In addition, he and I have an extensive history--however, it has been several years since I've been before him, but I have no doubt he intends to nail me to the wall on this. I am currently a full-time student and have straightened myself out for the most part, but I don't see him taking any of this into consideration. Is it possible to request a change of venue on such a case? Also, what probability is there of being granted such a request--if such a thing is even possible?
