I recieved a DUI in GA three years ago which has yet to settle --there was no field sobriety and no video of me -- I now live in
TN and got a license here witout a blemish as they never suspended my license in Georgia as they should have since as I refused a breathalizer. I am being told that the DA will not plead the case out, and worry about my chances in a Fulton County Court with a jury. Is there reciprocity with Tennessee (as i have been told both there is and isn't) to suspend my license here? I have a lawyer, but after two years, i am being offered the same deal as if I had pleaded guilty the day after --

I would defer to your lawyer, since he/she surely knows more about your case than I do at this point. If you're not happy with your lawyer, get another one.
