reducing a dui charge to reckless driving
I was stopped for no seatbelt and administered a breathalizer test registered .126 in cairo georgia. Is there a chance I can get the dui charge reduced to reckless driving

Sometimes the smaller jurisdictions are less likely to reduce the DUI charge since they do not have large dockets. Also, if you had registered closer to .09 or .1, it would have given you a better chance. Do you have a completely clean driving record?
