My son did a pretrail intervention for open container and mip at UGA. Does he have to report this on a future job application or is it just a wash? Thanks. He completed all that was required of him.

We don't know what questions are on the job applications he may or may not complete in the future, or what he has to report to any future employer. It is also a question about your son's honesty in answering -- not legal issues. If you meant to ask whether he "has" (or honestly should) to report a conviction, then you are asking for a guess since you did not even bother to tell us the status or result of the criminal action. "Completed all that was required of him" does not tell us if he did a one day class, or served 30 days in jail.
