Re: sorting outstanding dui
If you are out of the country and have missed your court date, you very likely have an outstanding bench warrant against you and will be detained at the airport when you enter the states. If you havent missed your court date yet, you may want to hire an attorney who can appear on your behalf for the initial court appearance(s). DUI cases require you to be present in court before the case can be disposed of.
